Pricing is per flat, per month, plus GST: Starter is ₹30 per flat (up to 100 units) and Pro is ₹40 per flat (up to 500 units). Enterprise plans for 500+ units or multiple societies are custom-priced. Founding societies get special pricing — contact us at contact@sameeti.com or request a demo.

Yes. App push notifications and emails are unlimited on every plan. Starter includes 5 SMS credits per flat per month and Pro includes 10 SMS/WhatsApp credits per flat per month, pooled across the whole society. If your society needs more, you can top up a prepaid message wallet anytime.

Yes. Residents get the Sameeti Resident app for visitor approvals, gate passes, notices and complaints. Security staff use the Sameeti Guard app at the gate for visitor entry, deliveries and gate pass verification.
